Executive Vice President and Chief Quality Officer
Constantine Dean Andrews serves as Chief Quality Officer for Sudler after holding leadership roles in the both the private and public sectors. He began his career developing sales programs for IBM, then started a business that provided services to luxury hotels in Chicago. Most recently, Constantine retired from the Chicago Police Department as the Chief of Detectives. While with the department he held senior leadership positions overseeing the daily operations of several thousand personnel and handling budgets composed of several hundred million dollars. His accomplishments with the CPD include establishing the counter-terrorism program and developing performance accountability systems that encompassed both operational and administrative functions.
As a former Board President of his high-rise condominium association, Constantine has hands-on experience developing long-term strategic plans to update building infrastructures, mechanical systems, and public areas. The common thread in his experiences in both the private and public sectors is his ability to build consensus among the various internal and external stakeholders and then to lead as a team to the accomplishment of goals and objectives.
Constantine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (BA) degree — both earned in three years — from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Andrews also completed the coursework for a Master’s in Public Policy (MPA) degree from Northwestern University with a perfect grade point average.
