Alex joined the Sudler family after receiving a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. Interested in the management side of business, he moved to Chicago and began his career in property management.
Condominium associations from the South Loop to Edgewater have benefitted from Alex’s stewardship. Building strong relationships with homeowners, staff, and board members, Alex ensures a positive environment in which to live, and to work. He has overseen large capital projects ranging from multimillion-dollar façade re-construction to detail-oriented life-safety repairs. He also spearheaded energy-management initiatives at several properties, resulting in thousands of dollars in annual utility savings.
Alex earned the professional designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Association Institute (CAI). His experience renovating single-family homes prior to joining Sudler gave him a unique perspective when conveying information to unit owners about various projects occurring in their association.
A collector of black-and-white landscape photography of the American Southwest, Alex has a personal goal to take up golf. Some years back at the University of Michigan, he crewed on an American Collegiate Rowing Championship team, so how difficult can golf be?
