Bob Graf has been with Sudler since 1981 when he was hired as a Property Manager for an exclusive Gold Coast condominium association. His portfolio now includes condominium associations ranging from 17 to 640 units. He has deep industry knowledge and has helped guide associations through a wide variety of major capital improvement projects, including window replacements, mechanical retro-fits, plumbing risers, balcony and roof projects, and more. He investigates and incorporates the newest technologies and materials when proven to be advantageous.
Bob is actively engaged a wide variety of industry associations including the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association (ABOMA), Community Association Institute (CAI), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). His involvement helps him keep his “ear to the ground” for industry best practices, and provides association boards with strategic insights that improve management and drive cost savings. Bob has also served on the union contract negotiating committee for both the doorman and janitor union contracts. Bob is a Trustee on the SEIU Local #25 Health & Welfare Fund (for residential doorstaff).
In 2010 Bob was appointed by Governor Quinn to the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Board. Designations and professional licenses include a State of Illinois Community Association Manager (CAM) license, Certified Property Manager (CPM) from IREM and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from NBC-CAI. Bob received his bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.
When he’s not devoting his time to Sudler’s clients, you might find Bob out on the golf course.
