Both comprehensive in-house training and outsourced instruction are utilized for the professional development of the management employees. Courses offered by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) are required to maintain industry-recognized certifications. Sudler also offers its own training seminars several times a year on such areas as budgeting, financial statement analysis, changes to the Illinois Condominium Property Act (ICPA), life safety, emergency preparation, competitive bid analysis, project management, green initiatives, and the like. CAI acknowledges the Sudler training program by awarding continuing education credits to participating managers.
