Roberta joined the Sudler team in 2019 with nearly 20 years of community association management experience. Her love of architecture and real estate brought her into property management, and her love of overcoming challenges and caring for others keeps her in it. Her extensive experience ranges from managing small, high-end properties to large-scale and multi-use high rises.
Roberta credits her strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills for her success at each property she’s worked with. She is also particularly proud of leading others to success, and volunteers to mentor others who are new to the industry or wanting to achieve more within the industry.
Roberta is active in volunteering in the industry and community. She serves on a City Membership sub-committee for CAI, works with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses, and is the Restoration/Construction Lead on a committee to save and restore the Givins-Beverly Castle on the far south side of Chicago.
In her free time, Roberta enjoys biking, reading, and traveling. She’s traveled across North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Her favorite so far is the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
