The River Towers Association (The Towers) was completed in late 1964, as a part of a massive urban renewal project in downtown Minneapolis. In 1973, the Towers transitioned to resident-owned condominiums. The building has been updated to reflect its 1960’s midcentury modern appeal. The Towers is the largest high-rise condominium in the state of Minnesota. 

The Towers consists of 500 residential condominium units and 12 commercial condominium units located within two high rise buildings. These two buildings are connected via a common street level lobby and via a common walkway through the garage. There are 350 underground heated parking spaces and 57 outdoor parking spaces.
