We understand that different associations have different preferences for budgeting. That’s why Sudler lets you choose the fee option that makes you feel more comfortable.

Simple, predictable fixed fee (with no reimbursed costs)
Some associations and Boards prefer not to budget for variable operating costs — everything from postage to photocopies. That’s why Sudler offers a fixed fee program that fully covers our on-site staff and does not reimburse from association funds any additional management expenses (such as printing, payroll processing, accounting, corporate office supplies, lock boxes, etc.)

Fee with reimbursable costs
We also give Associations the option of contracting with Sudler based on a monthly fee structure that covers on-site staff along with standard reimbursable expenses that may vary month-to-month.
