Each property is assigned a Senior Accountant who produces customized monthly and annual reports while working closely with the management team and the Board. You’ll always know exactly where your money has been spent, how your current cash flow looks, and what you can expect down the road.

Work with people who are experts in the field. Sudler places heavy emphasis on hiring, training, and supervising in order to provide exceptional service to our clients. Both comprehensive in-house training and outsourced instruction are utilized for the professional development of the management employees. Courses offered by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) are required to maintain industry-recognized certifications. Sudler also offers its own training seminars several times a year on such areas as budgeting, financial statement analysis, changes to the Illinois Condominium Property Act (ICPA), life safety, emergency preparation, competitive bid analysis, project management, green initiatives, and the like. CAI acknowledges the Sudler training program by awarding continuing education credits to participating managers.

Experience less down time. Weekly or biweekly inspections are conducted in all common areas of each property. Reports include recommendations and follow-up for routine maintenance, repair or replacement, and capital improvements.
